- Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, monitoring data from your Epicor environments (e.g., server status, logs, alert configurations), and timestamps.
- Communications Data: Messages, support tickets, and alert preferences (email, Slack, Teams, PagerDuty integrations).
