  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, where your information may be transferred as a business asset.
  • Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

05Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

06Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Service, or as required by law. After account termination, certain data may be retained for backup, legal, or analytics purposes for up to 3 years.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Contact us at sales@conncepts.pro to exercise these rights.

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA), additional rights apply — including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal data, and we do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

08International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries. Where cross-border transfers are required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
